A7V8X-MX SE always on

    I know this can be repaired, but need some help:
    The problem is that PS_ON signal is always at low level, and the Power Supply is always on. I've tested the output and the input at the Attansic ATTP3 IC, which apparently controls the PS_ON signal, and are always on.
    What I can not discover yet is from where back comes this signal control, because no plans nor technical data can be founded of this motherboard.
    I think probably the PS_ON signal is generated into a 16 legs IC labeled AS-016 A420K0151H, but can not find any kind of info about it.
