Asus A7N8X-X Coil Whine?

After weeks of searching for this rather irritating noise coming from my motherboard, I've finally found one mention of it it seems.

Basically, I've read it's called Coil Whine, a loud high pitch "buzzing" constant whining noise coming from my motherboard which is an Asus A7n8x-x.

I've also read accounts of it coming through the speakers which it does for me. I always have to have music playing continously or the buzzing is just too much.

I've also tried hard to lower the volume of my PC so the screeching is actually louder than my HSF, or it could just be the fact that high pitch noises are easier to hear.

Nevertheless, someone please help me fix this

Well, I have a A7N8X Deluxe rev. 2 and it also whines... it isn't constant though, it's intermittent which is much worse sometimes I also hear it on my headphones (not on the speakers though). Funny thing is, it just started a couple of weeks after I bought it (used).
