CD/DVD Problems

    Hi everyone. I'm having real troubles with both drives. The read speed is
    VERY slow. Installing anything is hit or miss. Usually takes so long that it
    stops responding. I tried to unplug and reconnect the wires after some
    advice. Seemed to work for a short time but still working slow. Any help
    would be appreciated. I have a Pavilion 9692c. Thanks again.
