Dell dimension 2400 help

    Got a free Dell Dimension 2400 off a friend for free. The problem is when I turn it on it doesnt boot up at all. Nothing comes on the screen and the fan spins and the green led is on on the motherboard. Im thinking a fried motherboard but i want to make sure.Also the front power button is yellow.
