I've read in a couple other threads about adding IDE HD's to their DELL system and I 've gotten many different ideas on how to go about doing it, but never really had any thoughts on an IDE to SATA adapter for the HD to make the IDE the Master drive and the SATA the slave drive. First off, will it work? Second, will I need to install additional drivers, etc. to get it to function correctly? Lastly, if this won't work, what would be the best line to do this? Thanks for all of your assisstance in this.
