I pulled this computer out of an old server rack we had at our shop. It is the asus k8v se deluxe rev 1.12.
It has a pci video card in it so of course I had to order a new one(agp). While waiting for my card to ship, I have been scanning the internet to find out if my AGP slot is 8x or 4x, Everything I have found indicates that I have a 8x, however when I get into the BIOS my choices for agp is 1x, 2x, and 4x. I went to the asus website and downloaded what I believe to be the latest driver and that did not change anything as far as the agp slot. Is every single revision of the k8v se deluxe a 8x agp slot? Do I have something wrong in the BIOS? Or will 8x be an option when I get my 8x card and install it? Any light on this subject would be awsome. Thanks alot in advance.
