I wanted to ask ASUS Techs a few questions but didn't get anywhere trying that. Maybe they don't want to be bothered with products that are out of warranty. (My internet is not all that reliable and that could also be the cause of slow response. The M5A99FX PC has been working fine for several years then I got Beeep and then two quick beeps. I checked further, also using a TechAid card using a PCI card and it gave me a Memory fault code. I had already used Memtest 86 DVD and it was taking days and days, not hours, for only 16 Gigs of DDR3 memory, so I gave up on that. A small response I got from ASUS was that it was probably a Memory problem. This AM3 socket processor won't support Windows 11, (I should have checked that possibility.) I bought memory, I got 32 Gigs cause DDR3 is old and cheaper stuff now. I just installed it, making sure all four were fully seated and now I still get the beeps with new memory, so it must be something else, Think it is time to buy a later M/B, processor, and more! Memory? I'll check out the recommendations on here, and I will see what else I can check on the M5A99FX PC, its definitely a challenge. (I am using an old AMD X2 PC right now that also won't support W11.)
