Multiple Shipment Delays

    Shipment of my Dell XPS 400 has been delayed for over a month (5 DELAY NOTICES) because of a mysterious "backordered part." Anyone else experience this? I've been back and forth with support and gotten nowhere (except a token accessory). I've also filed a complaint with FTC, but I really just want my PC. Any suggestions about what to do?
