NI8 SLI Mobo turn off??

    :confused: ok i just purchased a new video card,mobo, and cpu. i have EVERYTHING hooked up right, (to my knowledge :) ) but when i turn on my pc it starts to boot up and you can even see the screen where it says "Press DEL to enter the BIOS" but then it just shuts off.... im using a P4 3.0 with stock cooling. And a Nvidia XFX 6800 XT card. please help me!! I'm about to cry because i just bought all of this stuff and it wont work!!! :( :( :'(
