NO access to Bios A8V deluxe

    Hi
    Cannot access bios - tried resetting bios, DEL, F1, Tab, no responce.
    Have just replaced the original A8V with a second board as first one displayed same problem. I am now suspecting the CPU.
    What led to this was an error I had been changing a new machine over to Vista and had the two on a VKM switch unfortunately the old machine (not then registered) booted and accessed the updates for vista I believe, when I rebooted it came up and crashed, all I get BIOS the startup screen press DEL or Tab - the keyboard is a cable PS2 and is lighting up Caps lock etc so is connected and inputting. the nachine DVD and Minitor and HDD seem to be on as does everything else, c drive is formatted.
    any ideas?
