    Hi!

I have the following setup and am trying to overclock so far without a boot after tweaking.

    Mainboard: Gigabyte GA-965PDS3
    Processor: E6420 @ 2,13 GHz
    GFX: 256MB Club3D 8600GT PCI-E
    RAM: 2 x DDR2 1GB 6400-800 PQI/AM1
    HDD: 320GB Seagate SATAII 16MB
Optical drive: DVDRW LG H42LBB LS must
    Case: 400W Colors 8046-C43

I do not know what the problem is, but I did the following:

    Disabled:
    - CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E)
    - CPU Thermal Monitor 2(TM2)
    - CPU EIST Function

    - Set CPU Host Clock Control to Enabled
    - Set CPU Host Frequency (MHz) to 333
    - Set PCI Express Frequency(MHz) to 101
    - Set System Memory Multiplier to 2.00
    - Set DRAM Timing Selectable to Auto
And also I left the power management to Auto

And, result, the system wont boot. :(

Help, ... I know this CPU can be clocked up to 3,00 GHz and more, but I cannot clock even a jiffy.

    Please help.
