I am building a new pc, and I cannot get the PC to start up. Right now I just have the memory, processor, PSU hooked up, just to see if things will work. I can get the green light on the motherboard to power up and that is it. I tried playing with the case power jumpers but I can't figure out why it won't work.

    Motherboard: Asus P4P800-SE
PCU: Retail Intel 3.0 GHZ 800FSB
Ram: OCZ PC 3200 512 MB (two)
    PSU: Antec Neo HE 500W
    Case: Thermaltake Swing VBSWS6000 Silver
