Plz Help With Radeon 9600pro 256

    i have radeon 9600pro 256, my oprating system is p4 1.7ghz 512 of sdram, and this card, but at all games fps is very low, why?example in cs1.6 fps is just 30-40 :/ maybe i installed not that drivers, which is best? please help, thanks.
